Installed HPC Levelling system 2 years ago and just had air suspension fitted. All staff so knowledgeable and friendly, great experience throughout. Would not use anyone else. Clearly our dog agrees too.

Can't fault the service or facilities on offer. I had a bike carrier fitted to my camper and all went well. I was offered a courtesy car which I accepted enabling me to go elsewhere while the carrier was fitted. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Great company. They explain everything exactly as it's going to be, provide place to park up overnight, courtesy car if required and a work to a very high standard. Just had an A frame fitted to my car and a towbar to my motorhome and I've booked in to have a levelling device fitted to motorhome as well. So happy to have discovered such a gem of a company. Just wish I could give more than 5 stars

Wow what fantastic service, nothing too much trouble, in fact they went above and beyond. From reception to the engineers everyone went out of their way to help, the guys even went out of their way to fix an existing electrical problem, which they didn't have to do, and on leaving the workshop at the end of their working day, hubby took a wrong turn which took us to a dead end, whoops, and three of the guys ran to help us us unhitch the car and help turn us around, again above and beyond what they had to do, really, well done guys & gals. Karen, Josh, Karl and Tracy were just so lovely, apologies to those whose names I might have forgotton. Today had an A Frame fitted, and have no trouble recommending LNB, in fact so impressed we are coming back in March for a reversing camera. So impressed.

We received some outstanding service from LNB; they were a great company to deal with. We were looking for a chassis-mounted bike carrier for our motorhome and found what we thought we wanted from on-line research and we asked LNB to order one, which they did and we fixed a date for fitting. When we arrived at LNB and looked at what we had ordered, we could see that it wasn't quite what we wanted. Tracey from the reception team was anxious that we were not disappointed and, with her help, we found an alternative which was better for us. Tracey asked Max to help with some of the technical issues and LNB bent over backwards to ensure that we were genuinely happy with our decision. Despite the fact that LNB had ordered in our original choice solely for us, they agreed to keep it in stock and to fit our preferred alternative which they did without any extra cost to us. Throughout the entire process, both Tracey and Max made it very clear that their priority was to ensure that we were happy. It was a real pleasure to find such a great approach to customer satisfaction and I couldn't recommend the company highly enough. Needless to say, the new bike carrier is great and beautifully fitted but we were blown away by the desire to ensure we were satisfied.

Brilliant firm. First class all the way from start to finish, all the while being professionally friendly & helpful. We had an A-frame fitted and needed them to fit all that allows us to safely tow which they did. Since then we had them fit air suspension and self levelling. We were so impressed with the clockwork routine way of working….faultless. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks LNB!
